Invalide file specified,when I try to import the xml file..what's wrong

Late edit : This file was created using a different version of vBulletin from the one you are running.

Your version: 3.8.4
File version: 3.8.3

Yest that right xml 100% is valid but i think you must fix something in xml file.
Style not perfect to load please rechecking your xml file :)
maybe something wrong about css.

You need "Ignore Style Version " ! v3.8.1 to 3.8.4 No templates change .
