I would do a scan of your templates & maybe your phrases to see if you can find any of those urls
in regards to the title tag, I'm sure there is a thread posted here at the org, but I have a version here as well. (remove powered by vBulletin)

From the dead, I wanted to update this thread.

I removed the vbSEO Google/Yahoo sitemap generator that I had installed and a few days later, the Google results were back to normal.
