Let me get this straight.... If you set it to *, suddenly all the Views are fine? Then you set it back to 57, and all the Views go wrong again?

IRANCITY 09-01-2009 02:45 PM

yeah all topic views wrong.... even if set on * or 57 no different ....
just when i set it on * after that topic views claim up .................. but it cant show topic befor hit (( history hit ))....

Lynne 09-01-2009 03:00 PM

OK, I thought you said setting it to * fixed it. Now you are saying it does not. So, let's go back to my question about whether your Scheduled Tasks are running or not.

i sure some topic show over 1000 2000 but topic views show 2 3 view !!!!
i set Scheduled it on * that topic do not show 2000 3000 views just claim up after my change ...

Lynne 09-01-2009 04:00 PM

Look... you aren't answering my question. I need to know if your Scheduled Tasks are running or not. If they aren't, then that is the problem here. But, you refuse to answer my question and if you continue to refuse to answer it, I can't help you.

SRy dear :X
yeah ... time changed in scheduled task it works

so ?

Lynne 09-01-2009 07:40 PM

If your scheduled tasks are working, then I'd suggest ruling out a modification. Disable them for an hour (or at least around the time the views should be updated) and see if that fixes it.

Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

PHP Code:

define('DISABLE_HOOKS'true);

If that still doesn't fix the issue, then you may want to put in a support ticket.
