I have looked at the Vbulletin members download area -

Went to - More Download Options > Version 3.8.3 (As i dont want to mess my custom skin up) etc

All i can see in Download File is -

"Entire Package", "Package - Uncompressed Java Script", "Package - No Images", "XML Files Only"

As its a XML Error, I did download the XML Files Only (Opened the zip) Read what it said and decided with my amount of knowledge; I should,nt install it without knowing, that this is exactly what i need to do.

If I Download the Entire Package again 3.8.3 and overwrite i would need to sort out everything again (Custom Skin etc) Which i would prefer not to do.

Need pointing in the right direction.

Have you tried disabling all of your products and importing a new product?

Tried that - still cant upload anything. Just keep getting the XML Error Message

download the Entire Package. Then, let's try first just reuploading everything in the admincp folder. See if that fixes things. Upload the php/xml files in ASCII mode (usually the ftp client will do this automatically).

Thankyou for your help, i have established that the problem was caused by faulty unzipping of the files.

Hope this helps others who have a similar problem.
