Not only have you posted on the wrong site for that, if you want to hear from officials then you would need to post on vB.com. Also this forum is intended for feedback on vBulletin.org. Piracy of vBulletin software has nothing to do with this site. ;)

Stopping piracy is impossible, even encoded or compiled software gets cracked within days mostly. We could make it more difficult by encoding our software, but that would be a major setback for the regular users as modifying would become very difficult. Be happy that we are still on visible source software, even if that means that it will be easier to create a warez version.

All piracy that comes to our attention is always followed up on. Sometimes it is however not so easy to take action if a site for example is hosted offshore.
