Same here. Installed, uninstalled and installed again. Nowhere in the admincp do the options appear.

interesting hack,will it allow all avatars to choose from or just 4 or 5 as it shows in screenshot?thnx

It allows how many you set in the admincp but if you set more than 5 then the registration page looks not great..
