Yes, about a year ago I asked for the very same thing, and someone wrote me a BB Code that allowed that very thing. I will share it with you.

Tag Name: imgalign
Replacement: <img src="{param}" align="{option}">
Example: [imgalign=right]http://yourimagelink.com[/imgalign] This is a test
Description: Align images to the left, right, or center of text.
Use: Yes
Remove Tag if Empty: yes
And the rest set to "NO"

That's it, and it works GREAT!
