Yes. I looked to it's code and there is template change - it is used there forumhome_lastpostby_alternate_view instead of standard forumhome_lastpostby.

So till mentioned mod doesn't support hiding date for guests you have to edit forumhome_lastpostby_alternate_view and made changes manually :)

nice mod, but why not just hide that whole column
the links to the usernames isn't helping you any in terms of SEO
