Yes. But you can't place nav buttons in the navbar template for this style. If you want to add links, you must edit the header template and add <td ...

is there anyways to move the Welcome %name and all that below the header instead of right next to it?

I just want to move it below it - because I want a larger header image there - will try that edit

mmk so that fixed that but its now shrinking my header and still leaving a gap on the right hand side where that welcome used to be
