for under 18, all you have to do is make it in teh terms & conditions. & in the rules when they sign-up. then you cant get in trouble for it

One mother from the US [Personal comment withdrawn] has decided to proceed in taking legal action because her 14 year old daughter registered to site that clearly stated "Unless you're over the age of 18, or 21 in some countries/ states... Go away." [Not the exact message but you get the point]

She lied about her age and this is something we are going to have to fight legally.

If you had of read the thread you would of seen that this has now been fixed. Hopefully the mod will now cover us legally as now there will be evidence that the person has to lie to us.

That's what I was talking about. Surely there is a mod for this feature somewhere.

The problem with this is:
- It either displays Alphabetically or Randomly. Not in order of time of last activity.
- Doesn't italic people writing to the thread.
- Doesn't show if they are posting or reading.
