The point is, I'm not discussing how .com is run, just asking, quite simply, are we still going to be allowed to comment on the official announcements when they're posted here, aka post in this forum:

If the thread is locked, then no, it is not an announcement that anyone is allowed to comment on at all.

yeah i understand that but why have info if it cant be discussed.
This board is about vbulletin and seeing as the announcements concern everything vbulletin then dont it seem kinda weird that people cant discuss it here but have to go to vb.com for that.
Just seems topsy curvy thats all.Maybe we should`nt discuss anything vbull over here then.

Because this is a modifications site for vbulletin. It's better to have discussions in the same place instead of being spread out across several sites.
