Why not just add this to the existing privacy policy? I'll copy and paste into my existing. Thanks for the effort on this as it may be useful for others.

i didn't found any privacy policy in the default vBulletin

You will translate the Template (MARCO1_privacy)
and the phrasing for The Admincp Settings :)
