That is where support would have to come from. Unfortunately, that modification is unsupported, so it's unlikely you will get a fix for it from the developer but maybe someone else who installed it has come across the same problem and may post a fix or reply to you.

I'm wondering if there even is a fix. I know on the egg avatar modification, the developer states that if you are using a gif as an avatar, that it will stop moving if you 'egg' the avatar. You are basically doing the same sort of thing to your images when using that modification.
