Will take a look into that...

It works all right. I inserted the code myself for a 728 x 90 banner INTO the header, so this appears at the very top of my forum, "manually."
Then I am using this hack to put a 468 x 60 after the first post of every thread. I experimented with additionally adding a small square on the very last post of each thread, but seemed too obtrusive. What I can't figure it is how the Google Search thing works. I enter a search term into it and nothing seems to happen. I am wondering if the search terms are supposed to appear in the header and are being blocked by the code I manually entered for the banner ad. Or maybe I am creating the code for the Google search improperly - I want it to search just my website. Anyway I am playing with that function. Based on what I am reading above - seems that maybe this hack's "Google Search" Function interferes with any adwords in the header, and vice versa. |
Nice work, thanks

I want to thank you for this. Unfortunately for what ever reason we have met with the same fate as many others. I have removed the mod, banned all access by Google from our website and sent notification on to people that will review and prosecute. Any involvement with Google in our community has ceased. It is not the fault of the mod I don't think; It is Google. I have removed and deleted all accounts using their systems. Good luck on this.

Just installed the mod and it's easy to use, but I have a box overflow problem in all browsers. Wondering if anybody can point me in the right direction to fix it: You can see it at the bottom of the page here http://www.going2college.com/forum.
It's a css problem - I have wrapped the Adsense code in a class called .bannerad and turned off the overflow with the following css to no avail: Code:
