Ive gone through the header code and couldnt locate any extra breaks - Im at a bit of a loss!

any way you can turn the skin on so guest can view it? So I can look at it and maybe see if I can figure it out?

It looks like it is a set of images.

"+++++++++++++/niceblue/borda1.gif"

"+++++++++++++/niceblue/tbg.gif"

"+++++++++++++/niceblue/borda2.gif"


They should be in your header. If you edit them to make them smaller it would do what you want. Right now they are (x) x 49px --change the 49 to something smaller on all 3.

You can close that test site up now so you don't get in trouble ;)
