btw, that's not only a joke but a fact... 3 weeks ago, one of my cousin was contacted by the Burundi 's Office to see if he was available to train newcomers in their army because he is now a veteran with medals and he was respected in his work within the UN... pathetic, but real.

I think people need to be extra careful with their dealings with some african countries, look at what happened to Mark Thacher, Margaret Thachers, Son.

Beats me how these Countries can beg for food, in one hand and buy millions of dollars of weapons from china and russia in the other.

For years people have been donating to African countries, and in all these years they still havn't managed to get it sorted, the only people that profit are the aid angencies :mad:

no, actually my cousin continue to work with the UN as a consultant, even if he was released from command... he said he would even go to Irak next year with the UN when the USA will retreive their forces... so i suppose he is in better situation than planned.. :)
