A 'clean' installation is one straight from vbulletin with no modifications at all. In my case, I tested it on my test site where I have a couple of modifications, but it worked just fine for me.

What are the settings for your rss feed? Do you allow html to be posted in that forum (if so, turn it off)?

Yes, i use a very clean installation, because i install a new one (version 3.8.1), i don't setting anything after installation. i just use default setting after new installation. then i try use RSS feed.

Please check it what i mean on my clean 3.8.1 testing forum

The problem is still happened. The html code can't convert to bb code, and eliminate '<' & '>' character without replace with '[' and ']'. so the image don't show up. Is it a program error?

Please password protect your test installation, you are now breaking the License Agreement.

Edit: If you have this problem with a clean install, then it might be a server relate problem. This can best be troubleshoted by opening a support ticket.
