I too used to workout pretty much even though i was on my PC a lot, but for a while, i stopped (winter doh) and can't say i've gained more than 1 or 2 kilos (Christmas food was all about meat :D).

LOL UK, My pc SHOULD be powered by a treadmill. Hell with my thighs this big, I'm thinking I could light up a whole city:) LOL
