Hmm - I've always thought the last three branches were supported. I guess not. (I went and dug for the EOL thread.)

People will stick with 3.5 and not upgrade though. Alot of work goes into getting your forum how you want (with regard to templates etc.). I myself run 3.7 but can't ever see me upgrading to 3.8. Really don't see the extra features of any benefit to me or my members. So for the work involved i'll stick it out with 3.7
When vB 4 goes gold i may upgrade who knows until i see it. But my gut feeling is i won't bother. Sorry bit off topic there. |

Like Punchbowl, I'm still using 3.7.3, and i guess its gonna take me a while before i upgrade.
I don't know what it is, I don't think i'm worried about upgrading, its just that i'm happy with what i've got so far, until theres an improvement that justifies all the hassle of an upgrade, then i'll hang back for a while  In a few years time Ver.5.0.0 will be out so whats the rush :D |
I think a lot of people are underestimating vBulletin 4 just because it is not the full rewrite that was promised. I personally believe that the devs will pull out something great, and a lot of things inside the software will change.
