Ok here is the first problem :S
I was using your old version (here: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=127750) from vB3.6 till vB3.8 RC2 and it was working fine. Now I upgraded to this new version overwriting the old version.
When I went to Forum Manager to check ' Allow threads to have a description' it was Off by default and when I trying to enable it, I'm getting this db error...
