My main board is roughly 2/3rds female, I reckon, though I've done no scientific surveys. I usually end up with one Off Topic post with a subject line that's a variant on "Girly issues thread - men beware" every two months.

Funnily enough, those ones show the highest view count.

I don't see any problem with the word... what I see is, since on this site the majority are males... someone can start harassing you since man can't control... does it makes sense?
although ppl here is well behave and we have a strict control... you can burst adverse situations...

Haha! Reminds me of when I was working and some guy (old enough to be my father, at least) called me aside and said he didn't think I should be wearing short skirts to work (they were just above my knee - they were not mini skirts!) and did my husband realize I was wearing such things to work? I had to try so hard not to laugh! Just because I choose to go into a mostly male profession at the time didn't mean I was gonna dress like a guy. I didn't wear short skirts out to the machine shops, but I would wear them to the office and to the university when I would go to talk to the customers.

I don't mind the hormones flying around a bit in this topic, but please keep in mind that we also have minors as members so don't be too explicit. ;)

Okay ladies.... here's a question

It's 24th of Decemeber, the day before Christmas, your S/O hasn't bought you a gift yet. Runs out at the last minute, gets you some crappy thing.. Would you rather he get you nothing at all or that crappy, unthoughtful thing?

My sister's husband does this all the time, and did it this year again. I just got the this familiar call. OMG! Kitchen stuff from Wally world! And he's a doctor!

Do your parents know what you do online?
