Yeah tried that .. same thing is happening .. maybe vBulletin is allowing browsers to store cache .. like Wordpress Cache-Plugin !

Make the default one available for me to test. It's gotta be something you are doing because it works just fine on my site in Safari. Do you have any plugins/modifications that affect logging in?

Its working fine now :) I have changed the url to forum.hi5arena.com ( using sub domain ) Maybe that www and without www was main problem .. like you said !
