is it possible to have it Off as a default option? and the user will be able to turn it on

is because i already try it.. but if you try to turn it on manually (when you try to open a new thread)
this wont work :S

Working great on Opera 9.62 and Google Chrome. Seems like it's work on alot of internet browser.

but i have other question :S

when i create a new post or threat :

i will see the mod working just like the second picture even if its turned off (in Forums & Moderators), but mine is not even the off function selected :S, i mean nothing is selected

and if i turn it on manually (inside the new threat or inside the new post options) it dont seems to work (i mean by selecting either auto and Spell and Accent :S

any idea?
