I like this idea, but I don't want it to be a tiling image. I made something of how I want it to look like in photoshop:

I am not 100% sure but you might jsut be able to remove the

  background-repeat:  repeat;
to stop it from repeating..

I already know how to get it to appear. I just want it to appear only in certain forums. I need an if condition, but can't figure out how to get one to work right.
