there is a mod also, called miserable users.

Kind of amusing for users you dont like or want to get rid of without outright banning them.

Ive used it on a couple, it does various things, one of which is making the site VERY slow for that user.

it basically annoys the hell out of the user, making the user want to leave your site on their own accord.

^ ^ That sounds fun, but have you had any complain about it being slow, and have to admit to it? :P
