No, no cost. Just do a Title's Only Search for vBCredits here on this site and look for the version of vBCredits for your version of vB. vBCredits.com also has a ton of information about the product, in addition to info on what vBCommerce is and when it will be available to the public. Right now vBCommerce in a testing stage, but their premium users are getting to use it while it's run a through a through debugging.

Actually, most of the stuff you asked for requires vB Customiser, not Commerce (such as coloured usernames and things).

and people are leechers and do not donate to them to be able to code full time with it everyone wants everything for free - these guys have to support themselves, their families as well as code it for us.
