I installed and everything works great from the forums navbar.
Any suggestions on getting it to work from my vba cmps hompage?

I would suggest checking the following:

1) Make sure that the global plugin system is enabled: Go to vBulletin Options >> vBulletin Options >> Plugin/Hook System and make sure that the plugin system is enabled.

Is the Chat link visible at all? Where does it point to?

I get an error when i click the link

Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: webchattr in /home/mywebsite/public/forums/index.php(411) : eval()'d code on line 7

Looks like all the plugins were not imported. There seems to be a missing plugin called "Include webChattr class file". Can you verify if it exists under plugin manager?

I tested it in older versions of vBulletin, but doesn't seem to work. It works in 3.7.x

What version are you using?

This mod works with 3.7.x currently. I'm working on making it compatible with older versions of vBulletin.

Include webChattr class file is in my plugins manager yes

got the same problem

i use vBulletin v3.7.2
imported product then click chat i received this error. i tried to check plugin
  1. Add Chat Link to Navbar
  2. Display Page
  3. Include webChattr class file

already enabled

how to fix it?please
