Found a error with the mod, when the user goes back to the main forums page it does not update with the new posted message until you go into the thread and see a new reply can this be fixed?

Bug:
For some reason it sometimes double and even triple posts.

How exactly do we add our own phrases? by clicking on the message link and adding it to the blank box? sorry, haven't done a lot of these type mods.
