yes, Lynne, that is correct. But sometimes a stab in the dark can lead to the right answer. ;)

Well, it seems that i whent over a few things and it wasnt just for one group, its ALL users. No one can upload from thier CP or from linking offsite. Also, i was told from a firend that i had to do something with safe mode, but i dont know where this is. also, where is the safe mod temp folder?
