You should go to the photopost website for support with their product.

photopost products are (and always have been) garbage! vBadvanced Gallery was a good product until photopost hijacked it.

As for 3.7, as it is now, it's all albums. However, there's a couple people I know who are already working together on a product (which i'm sure they'll release here) which will give 3.7 the "public gallery" functionality.
