Its a poor mod it should be open to anyone, as its legil for us to host 3rd party content

I wasnt knocking the mod its just a shame some users cant use it on the website we may be based in the uk But out servers are not and its upto the user to view it or not we dont have to hold there hands :)

Hulu is not owned by Google, it's owned by NBC Universal, and they have a partnership with Fox, so there are your two major companies.

Secondly the mod isn't useless, the reason why it's only available to US Residents is because they need to get approval from every geographic region to allow the shows to be viewed by you. You as in the end user. So to the person who said, useless on my board, yes that's true if you have NO American Members!

I would imagine eventually they will get approval for other nations as well, and eventually there might be TV shows in your nations that we as in Americans might get to view.

So if you use the mod only American Members can view the videos, I haven't tried using a proxy to go around it, as I'm sure the viewability is determined by IP location. So that might work.

I heard Hotspot could help with viewing the videos from outside the US, but it didn't work for an australian member we have, so I'm not sure about that.

I'm almost done with my hulu section, and no, don't need the mod doing it a different way.
