It was just designed to block AOL users from using the anonymous proxies provided by AOL. If you want to block ALL proxies, then you need another mod... Perhaps these mods could help you... * Check proxy RBL on new user registration * DNSBL/Open Proxy-Blocking * Proxy to Real IP Conversion * Web Proxy Redirector Quote:
I did not include an admincp setting for it, as it is so simple it doesn't really need one. Quote:
If you're using Linux, try using a conversion tool. Alternatively, if you just want the source, send me a PM and I'll send it to you as a PM. Quote:
However, I see no reason why it shouldn't. It doesn't use any complicated functions. Give it a try and see if it works. If it does, I'll update the file to make it officially compatible. |
Thanks for the answer.
Kxml is an XML editor for KDE and it won't open with an error. All other editors tell me, this is a binary and it will be corrupt, if it is saved. It works really great! Could be too good for me, because my members are older they will have a lot of problems with thsi mod. |
this didnt affect the aol members that come to my site cause they are still using AOL??? |

AOL members who don't use AOL's browser or IE will often bypass the proxies entirely. This is intended! This is what encourages them to stop using proxies and start using their real IPs. Quote:
Presently however I have no plans to develop a 3.7 version myself as I don't use 3.7. |
Running 3.6.8 patch 2
Had this product fromt the start, no issues. This has been slowing down our site the past two to three days. Disabled. |
