atm yes!
But, today morning i've released Version 1.4 which means that all bugs are fixed and all wishes wear implemented.
I hope that i can translate it this weekend, beginn of next week, so that i can release it soon as possible here on vb.org

Not really. :) There are 4 different official vBulletin Boards, and with your License you can register in all of them.
If you don't wanna wait until the english Version- Release, you can download a Add-on/Modification also in the German-Area.
Same way i'm from Germany and nevertheless a member oft this (english) Board. :)

I've got the German version working on my English board; but I don't know how to change the display text from German to English:
"Es ist 1 User im Chat"
