It would be great if there was a way to automatically allow all usergroups to use the search. I have a ton of usergroups and constantly make new ones and delete old ones. This is just a hassle.

Good idea :)

I will add that into the next version, and I will probably add it into quite a few of my other hacks as well.

Mosh sorry, i don't understand this hack, cause it does the same thing that does the quick links redirect ... or maybe i'm missing something?

The screenshots show what it is. It is just a link to social groups on the Navbar Search drop down list (not shown as a default option in vBulletin), nothing more, nothing less.

Update: v3.7.006
-- Changed: Check boxes now for usergroup selection, instead of needing comma separated numbers
-- Removed: AdminCP Options input validation (no longer needed)
-- Added: New plugin, for processing usergroup permissions

This hack is now discontinued - this means that while it will remain available for download and use, there will be no further updates, nor will support be provided as the thread is no longer monitored. You can now check out the 3.8.x version of this hack, as it also works with v3.7.5 (and maybe even earlier versions).
