We will always give any new person who wants to create modifications every chance to learn.

However if you are not sure yet what you are doing, and as a result create a product that can destroy data on boards that install this without a warning, then my priority changes to protect the members who use this.

I strongly suggest you start by creating a thread in the Programming Discussions forum and try to learn with the help of others, before releasing such work to the public.
