Wow! I'm loving this skin already. I'm definitely gonna use this right away after upgrading my forums.

Also, I was wondering if you're ever gonna create the default vBulletin images (such as buttons and forum icons) that would match the skin itself? I think that would be great, too!

Nowhere. Those PSD files are only meant to be edited to your own liking such as the banner at the top of the skin. The skin images must be uploaded to the "images" directory.
