The Zune also comes in an 80 GB model (for the same price as the basic iPod Touch) so that isn't impossible either. Finally Microsoft sells songs that are DRM free, over 1/3rd of what they offer. I guess Bill Gates is swinging his muscle to make his pledge of creating a DRM-free world a possibility.

Yeah, but Apple doesn't even let you update your songs and video via Wi-Fi unless you download it from iTunes. Just seems like they are neutering the technology.
