Signup process is fine. The URL in your emails is incorrect.

The link on the Confirmation Email points to [http://x-tremepsp.com/register.php] but it SHOULD point to [http://x-tremepsp.com/forum/register.php]

So, it looks like a simple configuration error. You need to review the settings in your AdminCP -> vbOptions to fix the bad URL.

I suspect that is the setting that is incorrect.
