Yes, it's exactly the same module that I WAS selling in my site. The only difference is that I was selling it without my copyright link (Brand Free).

Please note that:
- Code is tested 2 months now and it's bugs free.
- Design, according to my style, is still childish. Hope to find some free time to redesign all the templates.
- There are phrases, still hard written. I need to place them as vbphrases

Because it's free dosen't means that is feature less. Yes, you can turn evry single section On/Off.

Well I have installed it and even though I have set up all my group permissions, it just says nobody can do anything. It just says nobody has permisson to do create anything. Which is odd. But once I work out why that is, I think my site will really enjoy this feature.

Its mainly bizarre because if I dont give a group permission to use it or I do, that works, but when creating a club or adding a picture, it just refuses that we have permission.

mary... i have two questions... this lite version.... ?? does not allow all features to work until I/we purchase the full version right???

and second.... i installed it it looks great (your still my best coder)... however, I was making a post in my main forum area and then decided to make a change... when i wanted to use my advanced feature.., it wouldnt let me... the last thing i loaded was your product, so i disabled it.. and tried again to use the Go Advanced and it worked like normal... when i enabled your product and tried to Go Advanced.... it denied me access...

can you think of why this happened??

In addition to my previous post for template redesign, I've forgotten to add this:
- The code is working perfect. But when I was coding this module, I was taking care just to check the code if it works or not. So, I used the standard "No permissions" message. Step by step I'll replace all these messages with the right ones. It's just a routine work.
In your case the problem is not really the usergroup permissions, but (most probabbly) that you're trying to add something (Blog, Photo etc), without to have an active club first. As I wrote Clubs are the the heart of the program, and everything (except articles) need a club to be assign to.

there is no "key" folder in the mysocialspace folder for us to chmod 777. should we manually create that folder and 777 it?

No, it's the full version. You don't need to buy or pay anything. Just give me the credit by letting my copyright there. I believe that I deserve it.

Thanks for posting it, even if I know about this bug. I've tested it many times, and I can guarantee that this bug is not coming from MySocialSpace or vBulletin. Most probably is coming from a confusion with another vB mod, even if I believe what you wrote that by disabling MySocialSpace it came back to normal. But this will also happen if you disable the mod that really causes the problem.

At: http://www.madebymary.com/demoarea/ I've an out of the box vBulletin installation. Without any 3nd party module. Login there with demouser1 / demopass1 and you'll see that Go Advance is working perfect.
