How is this different than the optimize tables function that is in the vBulletin Maintenance > Repair/Optimize Tables admin menu?

From the sounds of it, it makes what you are talking about run on a cron schedule...that's what I'm getting out of this. So you don't have to continually go in and optimize tables...it does it automatically. Which...when I'm away from my site for a few days, this is something that is really nice to have. Or for those that didn't realize that was there or are just very forgetful like I get to run optimize tables :P
