I logged in as another member and tried applying and got this:


I filled in all of the spaces, and left no box untouched, however the applications went through.

Also, is there some way to make it so the mods and admin are notified when someone submits an application?

yup only mods/admins can rate applications.

you didn't fill out the admincp options. i'll make a cleaner error screen that explains that.
