For those complaining.. were the airports/bases/etc.. there BEFORE you moved in?

Well, yeah, of course, but like I had mentioned in my original post, the flightpaths changed recently. They're not flying directly overhead, so it's not so bad, but sometimes they come in so low, it's kinda frightening!
Before I moved here, I lived in an apartment where there were railroad tracks right outside my living room window...I swear I could almost touch the train as it went by, it was that close! The building was originally a woolen mill, so I imagine that's why. |

Planes ? not a big deal.
We get overhead traffic from LAX on approach to land now and then, but its not a big deal. Problem here is helicopters. Some nut head @ 2-5 AM always races down the valley w/ a cop chopper and 6 news choppers for 2-3 hours @ 2-3 times a week. What a waste of time, fuel and man power. All they need to do is fire a few shots in that car and haul it off. |
