you did not overwrote all files, re-upload /admincp/arcade.php (and all other files!)

you are correct in that my index.php is not the original from vB. however, when i go to Information under the Arcade in my AdminCP, i see the following:

so... what on that page is supposed to enlighten me w/ what i need to do to fix my problem?

You need one file called index.php...

If you renamed index.php to forum.php and have your Portal named index.php..
Read the (INFO - vbadvanced or another Portal) text file that comes with the arcade..
