After install, if you don't change any thing, it all way on Viet mode, you can typing VietNam on all forum home.
Yes, you will see it "Disable" in all forum (admin forum manager) but that ok, only some forum you want to Disable then hit [SAVE] all other let it is (no change).

i thought you'd done these step when you setup your forum. It's meant import vietnamese lang, delete numbers in censorship option > blank character striper
, edit ISO 8859-1 to UTF-8 if you use lang English
