Make sure there is a space after each comma in "URL's Allowed".

I have it just llke you do in the instructions...imdb.com, netflix.com, amazon.com...I took out the spaces, do you think they spaces should be left in?

Ok, it worked with imdb.com alone, without the others.

But when it makes the thread, it looks like this...shouldn't it make a link to imdb.com?

URL BBCode did not work correctly when it automatically created the thread. Download the ZIP and overwrite "mymedia.php".

Did the update...beautiful!! Now, if you can fix the other part, I can redo the other threads...no hurry...I'm not going anywhere...I love this mod...you do good work!!:)
