That's a terrible pointless script.

According to it, my old forum costs $771,672.00. Yeah... right... I have sold it for low range 5 figures, and that's the max that it could ever be sold for. For my new website that I can easily sell for 4 figures it shows $54.00.

All that apprisal website does is shows loads of ads and fancy number that has absolutely nothing to do with anything. Its impossible to create such script, as there are way too many factors involved in domain price that can't be calculated.

Buying a forum, unless it's huge, is a waste of time. In most cases on small/medium boards after you take over the members will either leave or slowly stop posting.

Buying usertables is another matter, however. I'm actually in the market for those atm, if anyone wants to sell.
