150GB a day is an incredibly high amount of traffic. Honestly you'll be hard pressed to find anything out there that's not dedicated that will let you blow through that much transfer per month.

Given the type of MP3 you're hosting, you should look into some kind of usenet outlinking instead.

i guess you might have some ddos attacks
you should check the conenction on server and also contact with server support
