If you allowed your users to encourage each other to "click" on an AdSense ad in an attempt to generate income, this is grounds for immediate suspension from Google's AdSense program. Google was involved in a major scandal a few years ago about publishers inflating thier click-throughs, so this was their (appropriate, imo) solution.

N ah not that i no off.. google are an ignorant company imo, will not listen to any issues at all.

Not true... I use Kontera for unregistered guests and it encourages members to sign up, and pays quite well.
