LOL Yes I'm a noob instead of installing this and trying it out I'm going to ask WHAT does this do? lol Sorry guys but I just do not understand what it really does?

It just changes defaults in forms.

For example "Remember Me" checkbox is unchecked by default in login form. Using this mod you can set it to be always checked by default.

Here it's checked by default thanks to this mod: www.bihforum.com (look at "Zapamti" in navbar login form, it's checked when you load page)
