Reason for Nomination: A huge work has been done in order to answear to members' needs, making Hyjoo a heavily modified board, with a lot of "homemade" hacks. A few examples :

- We created our own article system with a special "indexation feature" (see here for an example with our Anime & Manga Index) !

- We created a fully integrated IRC system (with unrealircd server, and a java script which links it to the vB database). Only Hyjoo members are able to login to this private IRC server (test it here if you want) !

- We now have our directory, generated from the DMOZ one, and integrated in our board.

I'll second this forum. Anyone who has attempted to create a cross-browser compatible tableless vB will appreciate the complexity of this work. The layout is clean and crisp with an exquisite selection of colors. It also employs very advanced on-page SEO techniques. Ayyas gets my vote :up:

Apart from the specialized nature of the forum, it was designed to be a one stop shop so to speak. Users can find/do everything they need right here. The forums are heavily customized to fit the theme, users not only have a wide array of features to "play with" but it gives them a sense of ownership. Being the home to a football sim league they create team homepages, userbars for thier team, team trophy rooms and more!
